Jointly conducted between the Centre for Supply Chain Research, University of Wollongong and the Cranfield Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management, UK, the 2006 Supply Chain Executive Forum will be held at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley, Australia.
